The service includes inventories, check in and check out reports and inspection reports. They are also happy to tailor their services to the client's specific requirements in the way in which the documentation is received be it hard copies or digital format. They provide detailed and comprehensive reports on the contents and condition of the property.

The inventory is only ever paid for once. The report is stored digitally and securely for future reference. There would be a small re-make fee only if any adjustments are required to the inventory but at a fraction of the original inventory cost.

With the introduction of the Tenants Deposit Scheme last year, it is imperative that a professional and detailed inventory is drawn up at the commencement of the tenancy as this would be viewed favourably should the inventory be required to settle a legal dispute. Instructing a third party inventory company to fulfil this important part of the letting process is the only way to ensure that an unbiased report is prepared thus protecting all parties involved.
