Not only will the Firsthips system provide an economical, quick and easy to use system for the assembly and storage of the HIP, but it will take the process a stage further by providing a unique online conveyancing facility that will speed the transaction through to an early completion. 

Solicitors HIP's

If you decide to use our recommended Solicitor to undertake the conveyancing of your sale
a Home Information Pack can be provided at the following cost:

1. A HIP with a full local search - £260 plus VAT

2. A HIP with a personal search - £223 plus VAT

With both options the EPC will be carried out by a specific Energy Inspector who has been personally vetted.  Furthermore the EPC will be carried out and delivered within 24-48 hours of us receiving the instruction (subject to clients allowing appointment time etc) ensuring minimal delays when First Day Marketing commences on 1st June.
