Property Match - A New Service For Landlords

"Property Match" "Property Match" is a new concept developed exclusively by English Rose Properties. With demand exceeding supply, “Property Match” has been launched having received a phenomenal number of enquiries from applicants urgently seeking accommodation but unable to find a property suitable for their requirements. With landlord wishing to let their properties as quickly as possible we are in a position to give them the opportunity to view the requirements of genuine waiting applicants and cross reference them with their own property. The service is provided via our website and is updated daily. Of course, due to data protection, we do not reveal any personal details but instead allocate a unique reference number to each registered applicant.
We invite landlords to view our database without any initial commitment. They can then call us if they think any of our applicants are suitable for their rental property. if a match is successful, we will provide them with a “Let Only” service at 8.0% (for the first year only with the same tenant) or a “Full Management” service of 10%.
