Since opening their Reigate office some 12 months ago English Rose Properties have gone from strength to strength.

Despite the current nervousness in the property market not just locally but throughout the country, they say their experienced and informed approach has helped to instil confidence in buyers, landlords, sellers and tenants.

Expecting the usual quiet spell after the Christmas period, the business has been astounded by the unprecedented demand for rental properties.  Whilst sales have continued at a 'steady pace' lettings have rocketed with an unrelenting register of applicants.  One of the main reasons for the success behind the lettings side of the business is believed to be the service and client base that English Rose Properties offers to landlords.

Owner Gillian Penfold and her staff have established strong links with Relocation Agents and Corporate Companies in the local and wider area.  These close working relationships have proven very attractive to landlords requiring professional tenants and 'Company Lets'.

"The benefits of a company let are wide and varying" Gillian explained.  "For example one of the relocation agents we work with not only require long term lets of around two years but they also carry out their own monthly inspections and provide a weekly cleaner!  I would appeal to any landlord who is considering letting their property or having trouble finding a tenant to contact us immediately.  We feel confident with the current demand from our applicants we will be able to help."

Gillian and her team are not exactly new to the lettings market.  As founder and previous owner of a prominent Redhill Lettings Agency they have over 20 years experience in the local letting market.  Located in Holmesdale Road, Reigate, their present office is in the same road as Reigate BR Station and close to many multi-national companies.

"Our intention was always to attract Corporate clients and therefore the location of our office was imperative," Claire Salmon, Office Manager, explained.  "We are now a familiar fixture in this part of Reigate and provide a service to our clients that quite simply wasn't available in this part of the town previously.  If any landlords reading this article are looking for a professional, efficient service call us today to discuss your requirements."
