This superb brand new 4 bed, 3 bath villa has all the amenities you require for a perfect vacation
Living Room
A spacious living area consisting of a queen sized sofa which converts into a sleeper and another two seater sofa. Large dining table which comfortably seats 6 people, T.V with cable and DVD player with plenty of family movies and for the children there is a playstation 2 and a selection of games plus CD player and a variety of CDs for all tastes
Bedrooms
There are 2 en-suite master bedrooms with queen size bed and views overlooking the pool area and lake. Both rooms have cable TVs and alarm clock radios. A further 2 twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom make this house ideal for 2 families sharing. One of the bedrooms is Disney themed, ideal for the younger children.
Baby Equipment
Travel cot, highchair, steriliser and stroller FREE to use while staying at the house.
Pool Area
Private heated pool overlooking the lake and conservation area giving lots of privacy. Extended deck area with plenty of sun loungers and patio furniture. There is also a BBQ for use and a volleyball net for the more energetic and a games room with pool table, tennis table and darts.
Amenities
The house is only 15 mins from all the Disney theme parks and only 20 mins from Universal and Seaworld. It is also only about 40 mins from Orlando airport
Shopping
There are plenty of excellent shops nearby and if it is designer gear you are after then head to any of the Outlets where you are sure to get a bargain or two. Also The Florida Mall and The Millennium Mall are well worth a visit and are within 25 mins drive.
Restaurants
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out in Florida as there are so many great restaurants. The dress code is casual for the majority of these and they are all child friendly. You can choose from a huge steak or fantastic seafood and if you want to start the day with a great breakfast then try one of the many all you can eat buffets.(We recommend Golden Corral).
